I’ve spent my career helping technology businesses solve complex commercial and legal challenges while continuing to grow and move quickly.

I founded Eliga to give startups and scaling companies access to experienced legal leadership without the overhead of building an in-house legal team too early.

My focus is practical, commercially-minded advice that supports decision-making rather than slowing it down. Whether negotiating strategic contracts, managing regulatory risk or supporting growth initiatives, I work as an extension of the leadership team to help businesses scale with confidence.
