Drawing on decades of experience in both high-growth and established businesses within the technology space, I founded Eliga to provide scaling technology businesses with the specialist contract support they often lack internally. My goal is to bridge that gap – acting as a fractional partner to businesses with small or no in-house legal teams, to give them practical, commercial and reliable guidance, when it matters most.

With an extensive background as a seasoned commercial lawyer, I bring deep experience in review, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, across SaaS, data, privacy, IT, technology and the wider adtech and martech landscape. Having worked both in-house and in private practice as a commercial/technology lawyer, Eliga is underpinned by my substantial legal expertise, allowing clients to navigate risks and commercial realities with confidence, while achieving the right balance between protection and growth.
